FAQ
What is included in a studio rental?
Haifun Studio is equipped with two Godox SL-60W lights and primary gels, one ring light, three 8ft seamless paper backdrops (colors rotate, ask for your session!), one 10ft seamless paper backdrop (always white), custom mural by DML Paintings, tinsel backdrop, bathroom & changing area, couch, Bluetooth stereo, record player including over 50 albums, clothing rack, colorful chairs, and a filled prop shelf.
Can I arrive early for my session?
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your session or stay longer than 5 minutes past your rental time. Anything over these limits is subject to an additional 30 minutes charge at minimum.
Are there any items not allowed in the studio?
Please do not bring or use confetti, glitter, dyes, smoke bombs, open flames, alcohol, or weapons. If you are unsure, do not hesitate to ask!
Is drinking or smoking allowed?
No. Drinking Alcohol and Smoking are prohibited within the studio.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Please indicate in your rental inquiry the type and number of animals you intend on having in the studio. An additional $25 charge is added per session when pets are present.
Are food & drinks allowed?
Yes! Please dispose of all waste appropriately. A cleaning fee may apply for any waste found outside of trash bins.
Is the studio ADA accessible?
Yes! The studio is located on the first floor utilizing a wide entrance and boasts a handicap accessible bathroom including handrails.
Refunds/Rescheduling/Cancelations?
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required upfront to secure your booking.
Rescheduling and cancellations are available up to 48 hours prior to your rental. Deposits will not be refunded but may be transferred to a time within 30 days of the original rental. You may only reschedule once before a new booking must be made.
Rescheduling and cancelations are not permitted within 24 hours of your session. No refunds will be issued and a new booking must be made.
